Automate the backlog
Coding agents are good at well-scoped tickets and bad at vague ones. This course sets your engineering team up to tell the difference, and to ship the good ones through review like any other change.
- Price
- From €4,500per company
- Duration
- 2 dayson site or remote
- Group
- From 10 participantsone company at a time
- Language
- English or Romanianyour choice
What you leave with
- A ticket template that turns backlog items into work an agent can finish
- Agents running on infrastructure you control, with access limited to what they need
- A review flow where every agent change is read and merged by a person
- A shortlist of the backlog work worth handing to agents first
How it runs
2 days with your team, on site or remote, in English or Romanian.
- 01
Backlog triage
We go through your Jira or Linear backlog with the team and sort tickets into “agent-ready”, “needs scoping” and “keep human”.
- 02
Set up the runner
Agents are set up on your own infrastructure, sandboxed, with repository access scoped to the work.
- 03
Ship real tickets
The team hands real tickets to agents and reviews the pull requests, learning where the output needs a human hand.
- 04
Make it routine
We agree the rules — which tickets qualify, who reviews, what gets rolled back — and write them down.
Who it’s for
- Engineering teams with a backlog that never shrinks
- Tech leads who want agents in the workflow without losing review
- Teams that track their work in Jira or Linear
Not a fit if
Nobody on the team has time to review what the agents write. Every change still goes through a person.

Runs Tailoored, where the team builds Open Agents — open source AI agents a business hosts on its own infrastructure. The courses come out of that work, and every session runs on your team’s real work, not demo data.
Before you ask
Is the price per person?
No — per company. The figure on this page is where the course starts. The firm quote follows your team’s size and what it needs, and you have it in writing before you commit to anything.
On site or remote?
Either. Say which you’d prefer when you ask, and the sessions are planned around it.
Which language is it taught in?
English or Romanian, whichever suits your team. Say which when you ask.
Do we really work on our own data?
Yes — that’s the point. The work happens in your own tools and accounts, on tasks your team picks, not on demo data. If something is too sensitive to touch, tell us and we plan around it.
What if AI isn’t the answer for us?
Then you’ll hear that. Every enquiry gets a straight answer on whether the course fits your team — even if the answer is a different course, or none.
Who are we buying from?
Tailoored Digital SRL, the Romanian company behind No Boolshit AI.
What happens after we ask?
A person reads it and replies to the email you gave, with possible dates, a firm quote, and a straight answer on fit. No sales sequence, no newsletter.
