We sit with the team and map a normal week. The tasks that repeat and the ones everyone dreads go on the list.

Pick three
Together we choose the three tasks where AI saves the most time with the least risk, and agree what “done” looks like.

Rebuild, hands on
Each person works on their own task, with us next to them. Prompts, templates and checks are built on your real data.
